At Shibumi Firenze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sartorial details and labels are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Florence

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for security.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return arrives at our Florence atelier, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
